Yes - it was the smokers who banded togeter to lobby the government to take away your right not to wear a helmet. Smokers are all about government intervention.

Or maybe because of the obese. . . . . . or maybe because as life expectancy increases so do medical costs. I am amused by the simplistic conclusion you've arrived at. I can also assume that you deride socialist and fascist governmental tendencies except - of course - when you agree with them.

Scott-1007208 As a childless Chicago smoker who is willing to pay over $8 per pack of cigarettes – almost $5 of which is tax going directly to the Chicago public schools – I am tired of the condescension.
